I like using powerful tools to manage my digital photography workflow, but if I was to describe it in a few words, it would read: “it’s complicated”.
Read onOn November 30th, 2016, I experienced a full knee replacement surgery. The procedure itself was painless (albeit a bit funky noise wise – yeah, you’re awake while they saw away the old, chisel then hammer in the new), but post-op recovery was a different story. I’ll disclose that at the time of this surgery, I was 178cm tall and the scale said 113kg.
A little over two years later, I can post a proper follow up.

You have to tour Cape Breton at least once in your biking life. The Cabot Trail is breathtaking.
I’ve dreamt of catching the Perseid shooting star event for a long time. I booked an Airbnb stay near Mount Megantic for August 13th 2017. The weather forecast at the time was iffy.

On the recommendation of my hosts at Domaine Nature L&M, I’ll be back in September to catch the fall colors between Scottstown and Piopolis. I’ll publish my experiences then.
January 2020 Update: Domaine Nature L&M was put up for sale last year and their Facebook page no longer exists. I will take a trip in that area in the late Spring/early summer. I will update the post according to my findings.
In Saint-André-d’Argenteuil… Is that a Space-X outhouse?
No launch button, but lots of toilet paper!
I enjoyed a nice ride through Lanaudière and the Mauricie yesterday…
From Berthierville to Saint-Barnabé, Charette, Saint-Paulin, Ste-Émilie-de-l’Énergie, Saint-Xénon and finally Saint-Michel-des-Saints.
Weather was perfect, and I enjoyed a nice diner at Saint-Michel-des-Saints’ Vieux Moulin à Scie.
Beautiful riding country!
